


Rewilding Cycles: Menstrual Cycle Awareness Workshop for Healers | July 26, 2025
This 2 hour, donation- based workshop is specifically designed for healers who would like to learn more about how the menstrual cycle influences physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing.

Saturday July 26, 2025
10 AM- 12 PM (MDT)
Online via Zoom (workshop will NOT be recorded, please plan to attend live)
Topics covered:
Basics about the menstrual cycle (i.e., what we should have learned in health class) including the phases of the cycle as seasons, “regular” vs “irregular cycles; tracking the cycle; introducing mindfulness during the cycle
The role of the nervous system in menstrual cycle seasons
The impact of trauma on the cycle as well as an in depth look at each phase of the cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal); what's happening hormonally, physically, mentally, and emotionally
Ways to work with the physical, mental, and emotional experiences that arise in each phase of the cycle
Therapeutic + somatic practices for clients, as well as other care practices including diet, herbs, exercise, sleep, etc.
How to weave this information into day to day life to create a greater sense of empowerment + ease
