Somatic Psychotherapy
Our bodies hold both our pain and our wisdom. Healing begins when we slow down and listen.
Somatic therapy may be right for you if:

Based on my own lived experience, I hold deep care for those navigating complex identities, as well as those who have experienced trauma, loss, and grief. I am committed to decolonizing therapy by acknowledging and exploring systems of oppression, as well as supporting the healing of personal and intergenerational trauma.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, relational, trauma- sensitive and highly attuned.
As a mindfulness and somatic-based therapist, I draw from Gestalt, parts work (IFS), attachment theory, trauma processing, transpersonal practices, and sociocultural exploration to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and their lived experience.
I support clients with:
Mindfulness and somatic (body-based) work
Stress and trauma (CPTSD, PTSD, attachment, intergenerational, and systemic trauma)
Codependency and relationship patterns
Anxiety, inner criticism, and self-worth
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Women’s experiences, including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum
Plant medicine preparation and integration
Spirituality and transpersonal experiences

1:1 Rewilding Sessions
My approach to this work is relational, intuitive, and body-led.
These sessions are a collaborative space where we slow down, listen to what’s present, and explore what it means to live in deeper relationship with your Self.
I draw from somatic awareness, cycle stewardship, parts work, and intuitive guidance to support you in making choices that feel aligned with your inner truth instead of external expectations.
This is not about changing, fixing, or somehow optimizing yourself. It’s about learning to listen, respond, and live consciousl.
Intimate Portraiture: Rewilding through Film
To be witnessed is to be vulnerable. To be vulnerable is to be fully alive.
I believe that, as social beings, we are all hungry to be seen, known, loved, and accepted as we are. This offering is a sacred space within which you can be witnessed safely, honestly, and without any need for performance.
Intimate portraiture may be right for you if:
You want to connect more deeply with your body, your desires, your boundaries, and your inner power
You feel called to express yourself in a way that honors your transformation, identity, sexuality, and/or self-perception
You’re curious about experiencing yourself through a lens that is less critical and more compassionate
You want to soften your relationship with your body, especially if it has felt complicated or strained
You’re moving through a threshold or change: pregnancy, surgery, a birthday, a transition- and you want to find a way to honor it
You want to create images for your portfolio or creative work
You’re drawn to making art that captures the complexity and beauty of being human

Please note: I shoot exclusively on film and do not edit or retouch my images. For me, working with analog is a commitment to authenticity: to the raw, imperfect, and unique nature of each moment.
