Can you hear the whisper of your inner wild?
Experiential exploration for those who are longing to return home.
Rewilding is a term rooted in the land conservation movement. It’s an approach to restoring ecosystems by reintroducing native species, removing anything that disrupts balance, and allowing natural processes to unfold with minimal interference. When supported this way, ecosystems return to homeostasis and sustain themselves.
When we rewild ourselves, we come back into relationship with our bodies and their natural rhythms. We lean into our innate capacity to heal and transform. We reconnect with our inherent sense of belonging, wholeness, and inner wisdom. We soften into authenticity and rise to meet our purpose.
Rewilding is right for you if:
You are good at understanding the why of your patterns, yet still feel stuck repeating them
You feel disconnected from yourself: lost, numb, rigid, anxious, or self- critical
You struggle to feel your emotions or swing between numbness and overwhelm
You have a sense that something is wrong with you- that you are not good enough, too much, or somehow broken
You feel disconnected from your needs, or struggle to express them
You find yourself feeling triggered, anxious, avoidant, or entangled in patterns of co-dependency in your relationships
You aren’t sure who you are, or how to express yourself
You feel burdened or haunted by the past and long for a sense of freedom
You are hungry for something in your life to change, even if you can’t quite name it
Reclaiming your inner wild is your birthright.
Rewilding unfolds through an individualized, trauma-sensitive process that honors your unique inner landscape, lived experiences, identities, needs, and desires.
This work is grounded in mindfulness and body-based practices, and supported by the cultivation of nervous system regulation and emotional capacity. It weaves in attachment and relational healing, alongside exploration of the social and cultural contexts that have shaped you. For those who feel called, it may also include menstrual cycle awareness and womb healing, spiritual and ancestral practices, as well as ritual and ceremony.
Rewilding isn’t linear, and there’s no “right” way to do it. It will unfold in your timing and at your own pace. You get to follow what feels true for you as you find your way back to the wild. And you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Angelina.
I’m an artist, somatic therapist, and menstrual cycle educator with a Master’s in counseling and a passion for helping others bloom.
I believe that, like the land, each of us contains the intrinsic desire, drive, and capacity to heal ourselves.. To return to our wild nature. I also believe that, because we are interdependent beings who are biologically wired for connection, we need one another.
The power of the rewilding process is based in this knowing: safe, secure relationships are the most fertile ground for growth. I am honored to take this journey with you.
