Rewilding Cycles Pt 2: Tending Irregular + Painful Cycles | June 16, 2026

from $40.00

This 2-hour, donation-based workshop is designed for those who would like to learn more about navigating irregular menstrual cycles and the physical, psychological, and emotional experiences that accompany them.

This work is a unique integration of my studies in mindfulness + somatic psychotherapy, menstrual cycle awareness, Internal Family Systems, herbalism, and Indigenous womb wisdom.

Workshop Details:
 Tuesday June 16, 2026
 3-5 pm MST | 5-7 pm EST
Online via Zoom (workshop will NOT be recorded, please plan to attend live)

Topics Covered:

  • How to understand disrupted rhythms through a nervous system and endocrine perspective

  • PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, formerly known a PCOS) and its impact on rhythm, metabolism, and identity

  • Endometriosis and its relationship to inflammation, trauma, and the body’s protective intelligence

  • PMDD as a cyclical sensitivity, not a pathology—and how to support clients in resourcing + regulating through it

  • The effects of hormonal birth control, and how to guide clients in staying connected to their bodies whether on or off it

Together, we’ll engage in somatic and mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and inquiry into how we hold space for cycle-related pain—both physical and emotional—in a culture that often pathologizes it.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You attended Rewilding Cycles and want to deepen your understanding of the menstrual cycle

  • You (or your clients) struggle with an irregular or painful menstrual cycle, and you want to learn how to more effectively offer support

If you do not have the resources to donate to this workshop, but want to attend, please send me an email at wholisticrewilding@gmail.com
