This 2 hour trauma- informed workshop is open to anyone and everyone who would like to learn more about the menstrual cycle, as well as gain tools for more embodied self-care. Think of it as a health class do- over (i.e, what you should have learned in school).

Workshop Details:
Sunday February 22, 2026
10 AM- Noon MST | Noon- 2 pm EST
Online via Zoom (workshop will NOT be recorded, please plan to attend live)

Topics covered:
• The natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle: what’s happening hormonally, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically throughout each phase

• The cycle as a mirror of inner seasons, each with its own unique gifts and challenges

• How to track and tend the cycle using awareness, curiosity, and compassion

• The impact of trauma on the cycle

• How the nervous system interacts with the cycle, and tools for creating more safety, regulation, and balance in the body

• Care practices for each phase of the cycle (herbal, dietary, movement, etc)

• Tools to integrate cycle awareness into daily life
