Rewilding Cycles: Menstrual Cycle Awareness for Men | August 1, 2026

from $40.00

This trauma-informed workshop is open to men who want to better understand the menstrual cycle and become more informed, capable supporters of the people in their lives who bleed — partners, family members, friends, coworkers. Think of it as the health class do-over you never got (i.e., what you should have learned in school, but probably didn't).

You don't need any prior knowledge to attend. This is a judgment-free space to ask questions, unlearn outdated ideas, and build real fluency around something half the population experiences every month.

Workshop Details:
Saturday, August 1, 2026
10 am–11 am MDT | Noon–1 pm EST
Online via Zoom (workshop will NOT be recorded, please plan to attend live)

Topics covered:

  • What the menstrual cycle is and how it works biologically

  • The natural rhythms of the cycle: what's happening hormonally, physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically throughout each phase

  • How to recognize and respond to each phase with more understanding and less guesswork

  • The impact of trauma on the cycle, and why this matters for how you show up for someone

  • How the nervous system interacts with the cycle, and how to help create more safety, regulation, and balance for the people you support

  • Practical ways to support each phase (what to say, what to offer, what to avoid)

  • Tools to bring more cycle awareness into your relationships and daily life

If you do not have the resources to donate to this workshop but want to attend, please send me an email at wholisticrewilding@gmail.com
