Crossing the River: Rewilding Perimenopause | October 16, 2025

from $25.00

This 2-hour, donation-based workshop offers guidance for those seeking to better understand and navigate the transitional phase of perimenopause.

Workshop Details:
Thursday October 16, 2025
5-7 pm MST | 7-9 pm EST
Online via Zoom (workshop will NOT be recorded, please plan to attend live)

Topics covered:

  • What perimenopause is (and is not): definitions, phases, and common myths

  • Hormonal shifts and their impact on the body, mood, energy, and cycles

  • The role of the nervous system in perimenopause transitions

  • How trauma can shape and intensify perimenopausal experiences

  • Navigating cycle irregularity, unpredictability, and new patterns of bleeding

  • Somatic and therapeutic approaches for supporting clients during this stage

  • Supportive practices for body, mind, and spirit—including diet, herbs, movement, sleep, and rest

  • Ways to honor this transitional season and integrate perimenopausal wisdom into daily life

Together, we’ll engage in somatic and mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and inquiry into how we hold space for navigating the cycle’s raw and wild transitions.
