Can you hear the call of your inner wild?
Mindfulness and somatic based exploration for those who are longing to come home.
Rewilding is an approach to restoring land to its natural state by reintroducing native species, removing invasive species, and allowing natural processes to occur with minimal human intervention. Balanced ecosystems can sustain themselves over time.
When we rewild ourselves, we reconnect with our innate ability to transform and heal. We reclaim our inherent wholeness, wisdom, authenticity and personal power. We come home to ourselves.
Rewilding is right for you if:
You are good at intellectualizing (mentally understanding the why of your patterns), yet still feel stuck repeating them
You feel disconnected, dissociated, or critical of your body
You struggle with navigating your emotions and find yourself experiencing inner chaos, highs and lows, or anxious spiraling
You often feel like something is wrong with you: like you are not good enough, too much, or somehow broken
You struggle to connect with your needs, or struggle to express them
You find yourself feeling triggered, anxious, avoidant, or co-dependent in your relationships with others
You aren’t sure who you are, or how to express yourself
You feel burdened or haunted by the past and want to learn how to finally let it go
You are hungry for something in your life to change

Reclaiming your inner wild is your birthright.
Rewilding happens through a unique, trauma- sensitive process that’s tailored to each individual’s inner landscape, background, identities, goals, desires, and needs.
This process is grounded in mindfulness and somatic practices (body- based experiences), the development of nervous system and emotional regulation tools, social and cultural exploration, as well as attachment/ relational examination. For those who are called, it may also include menstrual cycle awareness and womb healing, ancestral and transpersonal (spiritual) practices, as well as ritual and ceremony.
What’s most beautiful about the rewilding process is that it looks different for everyone.. You get to choose the pace, flow, and direction of your journey back into the wild. And you won’t do it alone. I’ll offer my presence, care, and support every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Angelina (known by many as Dez).
I’m an artist and somatic therapist with a Master’s in counseling and a passion for helping others bloom.
I believe that, like the land, each of us contains the intrinsic desire, drive, and capacity to heal ourselves.. To come home to our wild nature. I also believe that, because we are interdependent beings who are biologically wired for connection, we need one another.
The power of the rewilding process is based in this knowing: safe, secure relationships are the most fertile ground for growth. I am honored to take this journey with you.
